We know how important your building project is to you – whether it's a new kitchen, a replacement boiler, an en-suite bathroom or a full modernisation. Whatever your project, large or small, we promise to communicate with you every step of the way and we guarantee you’ll be delighted with the results. You’ll work with the same Project Manager from the first meeting onwards and you’ll be able to contact your Project Manager – at the office, by mobile, fax, e-mail or at home – at any time.

Your project will have seven phases or ‘steps’, as outlined below:

Your Project Manager will meet you to discuss your project and offer advice and guidance.


Soon after the meeting, you will receive a provisional quotation, an outline description of the building works you require and a time schedule.


When a final quotation is agreed, we will enter into a contract.


Your Project Manager will plan all the various trades and services and order the materials required.


Your Project Manager will be on site on the first day of the project and will co-ordinate all activities on site during the project.


At the end of the project, the site will be cleared and thoroughly cleaned.
